Constant Position Monitoring System protects against incorrect operation. One of the most important criteria is that the position of the connection flange should be permanently shown on the screen during the connection procedure. The flange connection is continuously displayed on the screen in its respective position throughout the whole loading/unloading processing. The exact distance of the ship’s flange connection form the limit of the operating envelope and disconnect area is also monitored. The screen is also capable of simultaneously monitoring several connected loaders.
